    My wife and I first met Karen Mattingley in 2017 during the process of buying into The Terraces Retirement Village in Paddington. I have to say, she made it so easy and was a delight to deal with.

    Over the ensuing years, both as a resident and the Chairman of the Residents Committee, I watched Karen in action. She is incredibly personable and professional; someone who is able to build trust very quickly.
